I was scared to do this challenge..
..I had never done kickboxing before and I was out of shape. The coaches met with me, taught me what I needed to do and I feel so confident now! I’m stronger and leaner for the first time in years.
Expect to add push ups, sit ups and see the weight scale go down by the end. More than that though I had an amazing experience with everyone, even the other members.
I hope my story will help someone else to change their life and upgrade their body
