Lifestyle Fitness 24/7 is a locally owned gym; our goal is to provide you with the best training techniques to create the best health benefits. The gym is open for 24 hours, 7 days a week. Our personal trainer staff is present from Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Our staff is not present on Sunday, so we won’t be able to schedule any work for that day.
We make it our goal to stress how important it is to practice proper form techniques and engage in a healthy meal plan.
