The 4-week program includes a variety of exercises and athletic drills that are guaranteed to get your heart pumping and your body moving! All fitness levels are welcome, and be assured that you will only work to your own capacity, not your neighbors. Each 60-minute session will include a warm-up, progressive exercises and drills, and a proper cool-down including stretching. As a frequent bonus, sessions may end with a brief ‘nap time’ so that your body may relax and reap all of the benefits of the work it’s just done! And we’re not gonna lie…the last 7 minutes of class will probably be your fav!
